We created a recruitment website for Yamamoto, beginning with the company's hiring challenges. Our work covered photography, logo design, headline copy, writing, web design and development. Built around the idea of carrying work people can be proud of into the future, the branding was designed to convey the appeal of the workplace and the people behind it. Rather than simply listing vacancies, we aimed to express the company's values and the satisfaction of the work, helping candidates picture themselves there. The website provides a foundation for recruitment communications and branding.
