We redesigned a portal covering events across Osaka. The site had been missing traffic from popular searches such as “events in Osaka today.” Over a year of ongoing support, we steadily implemented SEO improvements. The project record reports an increase of around 70,000 users in a single month. We also redesigned the logo and interface to make the experience clearer and more approachable. We moved the site from a slow, unstable server environment to a new platform, creating a more dependable foundation for day-to-day operation. The work combined SEO, design and infrastructure improvements to support the site's growth.
Alongside the project outcomes, we built a relationship of trust with the client. We continue to meet each month, discuss challenges and work together on further improvements.
