- Website operation, maintenance and security-related work are not included in the production work described here.
- Security measures included in the deliverables are limited to basic measures. Please arrange any additional security measures you require separately. We accept no liability for damage caused by cyberattacks or similar acts by third parties, including account or email hijacking and server suspension.
- Supported mobile devices: the latest iPhone and Android models. Supported browsers: the latest versions of browsers other than Internet Explorer.
- Production costs are quoted separately for each request and are not based on the prices of previous projects.
- Please prepare the information required for production, including reference materials and copy.
- If copywriting or photography is required for the information you provide, we will quote for that work separately.
- Additional charges may apply if you wish to migrate to a server that uses outdated or specialised software. Please check with us in advance.
- Website deliverables are delivered in approximately two months. Please be aware that we use templates, so some elements may resemble those used by other companies.
- Please finalise all revision requests and wording instructions during the design review stage. After the design has been built, changes, revisions or additional content requested for reasons on your side, such as differences of opinion within your organisation or a change of contact person, will incur additional charges or require a new quotation, except for minor text-only changes.
- We will address revisions or additions to content after delivery only where we are responsible and you notify us within one month of delivery. Work requested after one month will incur additional charges.
- Revisions or additional content requested for reasons on your side after delivery will incur additional charges.
- For one month after migration from a website managed by us to another environment, we can provide design data, website code (database) and illustration data.
- We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by circumstances on your side, such as delayed provision of information, or for accidents or effects on databases or other environments where there is no wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
- We publish the following information on our website to showcase our work: the name of the deliverable, screenshots showing its appearance, the date and time of its production, and features of its functionality and design. If you do not permit publication of this information, you must notify us in advance.
- If you cancel the contract for reasons on your side that are not attributable to us, you must pay the actual expenses incurred for the work, plus 30% of the contracted fee if cancellation occurs within three business days of entering into the contract, or 100% of the contracted fee thereafter.
- If, after delivery, you miss the payment due date without a valid reason, you must pay late-payment damages at an annual rate of 10.0%, calculated daily on the basis of a 365-day year. Please take care to meet the payment deadline.
