Showing what makes the company a place to work

We created a recruitment website for BASIC. Rather than simply publishing vacancies, we structured the site so candidates could quickly understand the business, the team and the way people work. Our work covered the website, workplace photography, and video filming and editing, helping candidates form a realistic picture of the company. We refined the application journey and designed the interface to make applying from a smartphone straightforward. The project supported the company's recruitment communications and, according to the project account, contributed to an increase in applications.
