A corporate website redesigned with recruitment in mind

We redesigned KYOSHIN KIDEN's corporate website, moving beyond its existing focus on the business to give recruitment a more prominent role. A new recruitment concept film in the homepage hero introduces the company's atmosphere and the people who work there. Employee interviews and descriptions of the work help visitors get to know the people behind the business, making the company's vision and culture easier for jobseekers to understand. The design retains the credibility expected of a corporate website while adding warmth and approachability for recruitment. It was designed to reassure clients and business partners while helping potential applicants connect with the company.
