GROWTH SUPPORT

Ongoing support

Develop. Improve. Grow. Creative work that keeps growing.

At Double Factory, our work does not end when a website or video is produced. We help you develop and improve it over time.

Challenges we help with

  • Your website is live but is not delivering results
  • Increase enquiries
  • Increase job applications
  • Publish SEO articles and other content consistently
  • Turn analytics into practical improvements
  • Decide what to improve first
  • Manage your website without a dedicated in-house role
  • Keep developing your website after launch

Our process and scope

01

Set up meaningful measurement

We begin by examining how people use your website. Traffic alone does not tell us what needs improving. We look at where visitors come from, which pages they view, where they leave and whether they make enquiries or apply for jobs. This gives us a picture of how the site is performing.

  • Website analytics
  • Search ranking review
  • Analytics tools
  • User journey analysis
02

Turn findings into a plan

We use the data to identify what needs attention. Is traffic too low? Are visitors leaving without enquiring? Is essential information missing? The right response depends on the problem. Rather than simply adding articles or changing the design, we decide what needs to change to serve your goals.

  • Improvement priorities
  • Interview-based articles
  • Proposed actions
  • Regular meetings
03

Implement, review and improve

We can also carry out improvements, including page changes, article production, user journey updates, on-site optimisation and calls to action. For example, original articles can help attract search traffic. Regular improvements help the site develop alongside your business.

  • Original reporting
  • Page updates
  • Form improvements
  • Operation and improvement

Example programme and costs

  1. Begin support three to six months after launch

JPY 50,000/month: meetings, analysis reports and improvement priorities

We start by understanding the site's performance after launch. We analyse traffic, search terms and user behaviour to identify opportunities. In monthly meetings, we review the data and prioritise improvements, making the next steps clearer.

  2. Prioritise improvements and agree a monthly implementation budget

Example: JPY 150,000/month for page improvements, SEO and calls to action

We select high-priority actions and carry out the work. This can include new content, user journey improvements, SEO and page updates. Through steady improvements, we work towards increased traffic, enquiries and sales.

  3. Complete the support programme when the goals are met

Example: completing the programme after six months

Support concludes once the improvements are established and the agreed results or operational arrangements are in place. The aim is for your team to continue using the data and knowledge gained. Additional projects and occasional advice are available when needed.

Ongoing support FAQs

About ongoing support

  • What does ongoing support include?

We review your website's performance after launch to identify challenges and a direction for improvement.

We examine traffic, search visits, popular pages and enquiry journeys, then work with you to decide what to review next.

This is support for making decisions based on data, rather than a service providing large volumes of production work every month. Any necessary production or development is proposed separately according to its scope.

  • How is this different from maintenance?

Maintenance helps keep your site running safely. It focuses on hosting, domains, SSL, WordPress, backups and security checks.

Ongoing support uses performance data after launch to guide improvement. We look at traffic, search visits and enquiry journeys to decide what to address next.

Maintenance protects the site; ongoing support helps you understand it and make informed decisions.

  • Do you just provide reports?

We do more than deliver reports.

We use the data to identify problems and what to review next. Where appropriate, we propose page updates, articles, user journey improvements, advertising or video.

Production and development work may be quoted separately, depending on its scope and the time required.

  • We do not know what to look for in analytics. Can you help?

    Yes. Please contact us.

Using tools such as GA4 and Search Console, we examine which pages people view, where they come from and whether visits lead to enquiries or applications.

We explain what the data means for your next decisions, rather than simply presenting numbers.

  • Can you work on a site built by another company?

    Yes. Please contact us.

The scope of our review and recommendations depends on the site structure and CMS. We first assess the site and its measurement setup to establish what we can analyse and recommend.

We may suggest changes to tracking or site structure where necessary.

Fees and agreements

  • How much does ongoing support cost?

    There are three monthly plans.

Basic: JPY 100,000/month; Standard: JPY 150,000/month; Premium: JPY 200,000/month

All prices exclude tax. The scope of review, recommendations, meeting frequency and reports varies by plan.

  • How do we choose a plan?

We recommend a plan after discussing your website and objectives.

The right choice depends on whether you need measurement set up, help prioritising improvements, or a broader review of SEO and content strategy.

You do not need to start with a large plan. We first clarify the support you need.

  • Are production and revisions included in the monthly fee?

The main focus is reviewing data, identifying challenges, recommending improvements and holding regular meetings.

Some minor checks or adjustments may be included. Articles, page updates, videos, advertising management and larger changes are quoted separately according to their scope.

We explain in advance what is included and what will cost extra.

  • Is there a minimum contract period?

Website improvement requires reviewing data over time.

We recommend assessing progress over several months rather than a very short engagement. Please discuss the contract period with us in light of your site and goals.

Analysis and recommendations

  • Which metrics do you review?

We mainly review traffic, acquisition channels, search terms, popular pages, exits and enquiry journeys.

The measures depend on your objectives. We tailor the review to goals such as more enquiries, more job applications or greater search traffic.

  • How do you present recommendations?

We use the data to recommend high-priority improvements.

For example, low search traffic may call for additional content or SEO improvements. Low enquiry conversion may require changes to calls to action or forms. Recruitment pages may benefit from stronger staff profiles and job information.

Our recommendations include priorities and the work required.

  • Do we have to implement every recommendation?

    No.

We use the data to identify options, then decide what to implement together based on your budget, team capacity and priorities.

We distinguish between actions needed now and those that can wait.

  • Are regular meetings included?

Yes. Meetings are generally held monthly.

We review the previous month's figures, the challenges they reveal and possible next steps. The meeting is a chance to agree what needs deciding, rather than simply hear a report.

Putting recommendations into practice

  • Can you produce SEO articles?

    Yes, where needed.

Article production is not automatically included in the monthly fee. We first review search performance and the site's challenges. If articles are needed, we propose them separately according to their scope and number.

  • Can you update pages and improve user journeys?

    Yes. Please contact us.

We identify the areas and direction for improvement as part of ongoing support. Depending on the scope and time required, the implementation may be included in the monthly fee or quoted separately.

  • Can we discuss video, photography and advertising?

    Yes. Please contact us.

If the data suggests video, photography or advertising would help, we can recommend them. New shoots, video production and advertising management are generally quoted separately.

  • Can you help if we have no dedicated website manager?

    Yes. Please contact us.

We help interpret the data, prioritise improvements and clarify the next steps. Even without a dedicated person, your team can move forward with the information it needs to make decisions.

We will still need your input on the business and your responses to questions.

Results

  • How soon can we expect results?

This depends on your website and objectives.

Some changes, such as improving the journey to a form, may show an effect relatively quickly. SEO and content improvements often need to be assessed over several months.

We consider both short-term changes and ongoing data when deciding the direction of improvement.

  • Do you guarantee results?

    We do not guarantee results.

Website performance depends on many factors, including the sector, competition, products and services, sales arrangements, recruitment conditions and the time spent on ongoing work.

By assessing the current situation, identifying challenges and planning the next actions based on data, we aim to improve the chances of progress.

  • Can we change direction during the programme?

    Yes.

We review our focus and recommendations each month in light of the data and your business. We adapt the improvement plan as circumstances change, rather than remaining fixed on the original approach.
