What were your first impressions?
At the time, we had only just started out as a startup. We needed to build everything from scratch: a corporate website, service pages and a publication addressing challenges faced by B2B customers. We had no in-house design or creative team, so an external partner who could work alongside us was essential. What stood out in our first meeting was how well they understood our business and stage of growth, and that their proposal was built around supporting us over the long term.
What did you want the website to help you address?
Our biggest challenge was to keep producing the creative work we needed to grow, without sacrificing either speed or quality. There was so much to do at the startup stage, and we did not have the internal resources for design or website updates. We wanted one team we could rely on for everything from our corporate website and publication to the smaller, ongoing jobs such as banners and landing pages.
What stood out about the proposals and the way the project was handled?
Their thoughtful approach, eye for design and teamwork made a strong impression. They did more than handle production for us: we met regularly and they suggested improvements. We appreciated that they were always thinking with us about how to grow the business.
What feedback have you had from your team and customers?
Internally, people said that design quality had become more consistent and updates were easier. That made things smoother for both marketing and sales. B2B customers also told us that information was easy to find and the site felt trustworthy. We felt that this helped our sales conversations.
What changes have you noticed since launch?
Building a foundation for recruitment was a major outcome. Applications through our careers page increased steadily, and we were able to welcome talented people to the team. I also feel that, through their ongoing support, we became better at using the web and communicating ourselves, which contributed to our growth.
How would you like to use the website in the future?
We plan to develop our business using AI. We want to use the web to share new developments and ventures quickly as our business expands.
What would you say to someone facing similar challenges?
I would especially recommend them to people who are too busy to manage everything, or who do not have design or marketing expertise in-house. A long-term partner gives you the confidence to focus on your business, while outside expertise can help the whole company grow. We learned a great deal along the way. We now have more knowledge within the company, which has opened up further opportunities to try new things.
