What were your first impressions?

To be honest, we were struggling with sales. We were not getting results, and I was worried about whether we could continue as we were. That was when we were introduced. Initially, I only intended to ask them to build a website, but I remember feeling from our first conversation that this was a team we could tackle the challenge with. They were very approachable and listened carefully to what mattered to us.

What did you want the website to help you address?

We wanted to attract customers consistently through the web instead of relying on direct sales. In particular, we wanted a way to keep publishing blog posts and build awareness and trust over time.

What stood out about the proposals and the way the project was handled?

They did more than build the site: they showed us a path towards better results. They kept bringing us ideas for increasing traffic and improving conversion, and it was reassuring to have them alongside us. Honestly, I had not expected traffic to grow as much as it did.

What feedback have you had from your team and customers?

After we put our track record on the website, more customers told us they felt they could trust us. Perhaps the biggest change was the confidence and energy it brought to our own team. It did take time to see results. We met frequently and kept planning, testing and improving. When the results finally showed up in the numbers, the whole team celebrated together.

What changes have you noticed since launch?

At launch, we had around 10 members. At the time of this interview, we had passed 50, with almost all of them finding us online. We also received an award from a marriage counselling association for three consecutive years. I feel that this reflects the trust people placed in us and their decision to choose us through the web. Looking back at how much I was struggling with sales then, it is deeply moving.

How would you like to use the website in the future?

We want to keep using the web as the foundation for our marketing and for solving our customers' problems. We want to keep developing it as a tool for growing the business, rather than treating it as just a website.

What would you say to someone facing similar challenges?

If you are struggling with sales or attracting customers, I would encourage you to have a conversation with them. Finding a partner who cares about results as well as building the site can change what lies ahead. I have experienced that change myself. If you are unsure, I hope you will take that first step.
