What were your first impressions?

We were struggling to find a design that led to bookings. We had worked with several website production companies, but things had not gone well and we were not getting the results we wanted. When we were introduced, we decided to take a fresh look and rebuild properly. In the first meeting, what stood out was that they genuinely thought about how to achieve results, rather than simply producing a website. They listened carefully to our challenges and proposed concrete solutions.

What did you want the website to help you address?

The biggest problem was that the design looked good but did not lead to bookings. We wanted to build a clear path towards enquiries and bookings, rather than just improve the appearance. We also wanted a system for blogging and sharing information so we could attract customers consistently through the web.

What stood out about the proposals and the way the project was handled?

What impressed me was their focus on both design and results. Their proposals covered not only colours and presentation, but also the user journey towards an enquiry and attracting visitors through SEO. They continued suggesting improvements after launch. It felt like a real working partnership.

What feedback have you had from your team and customers?

After launch, we heard many comments that the site was trustworthy and easy to understand. Internally, we gained confidence that we finally had a website that could deliver results, and I felt the whole team became more positive. That also had a good effect on our sales activities.

What changes have you noticed since launch?

Our enquiries increased significantly, reaching a scale of hundreds to thousands per month at the time of this interview. Using the web has also helped us expand into other sectors, which had previously been difficult. I feel that design that leads to bookings has become an important tool for supporting our business growth.

How would you like to use the website in the future?

We want to keep the web at the centre of attracting customers and securing bookings, while growing both existing and new businesses. We have already begun new ventures, including a sweets business. The customer acquisition knowledge we have developed online gives us confidence to move ahead.

What would you say to someone facing similar challenges?

If you feel your design looks good but is not delivering results, I would encourage you to talk to them. A partner who builds a system that supports results, rather than just improving the appearance, can make a big difference to your business. I have experienced that change myself.
